CS Web Solutions are able to create and project manage your website from conception to completion. We will begin by speaking to the people who know about the business and it's processes to understand what is required from the website. Following this we will go through design, testing and implementation stages in conjunction with our clients to ensure all aspects of the website are as required. We can also provide management reporting as required by our clients.

We understand that our clients are probably not fluent with web development terms and technologies, so we will speak plain English and try and suggest functionality that may not have already been considered. We hope that this will produce a website that is even better than our client's original expectations.

The content of the website is controlled and edited by our clients using an intuitive Content Management System (CMS). This system allows non-technical persons to add web formatted content to their websites by using an interface similar to common word-processing applications. Training is provided for this as required.

Web Hosting

Websites need to exist somewhere on the Internet. CS Web Solutions can provide hosting services which includes:

• Online file space for the files that makes up the website
• Email services for your organisation
  This includes bulk email solutions for sending large volumes of email to your client base on a regular basis. In general, this works out much cheaper than using online bulk email services.
• Database services to handle the information stored by your website (eg. client information)
• Domain Name Registration if you do not already have one

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

All websites provided by CS Web Solutions include built-in first level Search Engine Optimisation. This includes allowing our clients to specify titles, descriptions and keywords for all pages and images of their site so that search engines are able to correctly rank the website. Training on best practises for this can be provided as required.

Second and third level Search Engine Optimisation can be provided by CS Web Solutions on request. This involves optimising the internal link strategy, building external link strategies and possibly implementing AdWords or pay-per-click (PPC) advertising as required.
